If I Use A PowerBox Pro and Power it with the 48v2a96w I think I am going to have a power problem

If the max Power for the PowerBox Pro is 54 Watts and the Power Draw is 6Watts.

That Leaves me 48 Watts for other devices, right?

My Plan was to use 2 XV2-2T and add on two WAP60Gs. 20x2 at 48 + 5X2 at 48. = 50 Watts

Gonna put me 2 watts over.

Or did I get this wrong?

You won't know until you try, the way Mikrotik states capabilities of their devices is confusing to say the least and math with the data they provide often doesn't make sense.

The 54 W they state is (seemingly) limited to the power with the default power adapter @24V (the one they provide is 24V 2.5A).
The 24V 2.5A make 60W, the device itself consumes 6W, then
From specs, Poe-Out:
Max total out (A) 2 A
2A can be used for poe, so 24V x 2A= 48 W + 6 =54

If you power it at a higher voltage (48 in this case)
From specs, Poe-Out:
Max out per port output (input 30-57 V) 450 mA
Max total out (A) 2 A

So you have at the the most 450 mA on each port (0.45x4=1.8A total<max 2A) which are @48V 48x0.45=21.6W on each port.

The power supply has 96W, 96W-6=90 W, 90/4=22.5 W > 21.6W
In reality you will use 6W+2x20W+2x5W=56 W + the loss of the cables,

So you should be fine, what is very near the limit is the 20W for the XV2-2T on a single port, due to the max 450 mA of the port.

After that beating last week... I was hoping to benefit from someone else's experience.

For reference only: I power 2 BaseBoxes + 1 LtAP + 1 Bullet AC.

Managed to drive a Mikrotik WAP60G and a Cambium XE3-4 with 48V power supply. No shut downs over 4 hours.

Some numbers/details, useful to make quick comparisons.

These are passive only, 24V:
Basebox=10W (x2=20W)
LTap=9-24W
Bullet AC=7W
Total between 36 and 51W

These are 802.3af/at, 48V:
WAP60G=5W
Cambium XE3-4=22-32W <- this seems to be 802.3at or 802.3bt, since bt is not supported by the power Pro it must be set as 802.3at, disabling the BT and USB, it seems border line, as max PowerPro output is 450 ma that at 48V are 21.6W
Total 27W

Powering the PowerBoxPro with a Cambium L142A.
Its a 56V 60 Watt POE injector.

PowerBoxPro lit right up.
WAP60G reattached to its PtP WAP60G
XE3-4 Powered on at AT power.

Using the 56V 60 Watt Power Supply should get me 25 Watts out if the ports are 450mA.
