Ip connection's limit

How can i limit the number of connections per ip, i want to limit every ip in the network to have 100 conn max..

i dont know what kind of connections you use..
i use 2.4 Ghz, and in Wlan Interface in General you have the number of connectionsyou can limit it:D:D
