RB 532 Throughput Issues

We use MikroTik Router Board 532's for our AP's and MikroTik Router Board 133's for our CPE's on our wireless Internet system. One of our AP's has about 33 customers on it. A short time ago we started having a major slowdown on this AP. We have 6MBps available to this AP but most customers are getting 500K on average. Sometimes the speed jumps up to around 1.4MBps, but not that ofter. This used to be the norm. We do use bandwidth management on our radius server. Our AP sees signals ranging from -49db to -79db. Could this be a problem? We are using the XR-2 radio cards on both the AP's and the CPE's. We are using 2GHz-10MHz channels on 2432MHz. We do have WDS turned on on both sides. What can we do to get our throughput up and stable.
