IDE Flash stop!! and lose my License!!

Hello everybody
First of all Merry Christmas!!!
I'd bougth a IDE Flash with the licence incorporated since 6 month, and was working fantasting. Today suddenly it stop!! A see the monitor and say boot sector broken!!! so I read sometime, that the licence is keep in the disk, so I downloaded the RouterOS and installed, when it reboot say me that I've the free license!! and give me this string G0UZ-TST.
But I don't want to buy another license, I bought it!!
Wath I have to do?

Yes I send a email to support, but they send me a request me and say:
"There might be no answer to your ticket, if it has been submitted without supout.rif file attached. To get your request answered, please reply to this e-mail with the supout.rif file attached."
But I formated the Ide Flash, because I couldn't ingress to the system and now is working, but with a free license not with the original. And If I send a supout.rfi file, will be everything OK.
What I have to do?

If that flash is having problems with the first few sectors, it's not worth fighting with because even if you fix it now, you'll be doing it again and again and ...
As for the license, that depends on who you bought it from. If you bought it from a reseller, then all they can do is sell you a new license, unless MikroTik has changed it's policy. Resellers don't generate the licenses they sell, they buy them from MikroTik and resell them to you. Any replacement license comes out of their pocket, so they usually don't want to do that. If you bought it directly from MikroTik, then you simply have to go through the long process of convincing them your flash is defective and wait for them to issue you a replacement. This might include you sending the flash back to them so they can verify it's defective. The shipping costs might well be more than the cost of a new flash, especially if they discover nothing wrong with the flash.
If you absolutely have to get that machine up and running ASAP, then go to the MikroTik website and sign up for an account. Then you can purchase your own license directly from them immediately and get back up and running. Do the install, get the 24 hour key, go to the website and buy a license for it. Consider the cost of that replacement license part of the cost of doing business.

Yes looking that I won't have a quickly respond, I will buy a new one, and continous figthing, that they recognise the license that I bought.
The Flash that is broke is a IDE Flash that sell MKT, so is an originally from MKT. But If they say me that I have to send they the flash, as you say, is prefer to buy a new one

Contact MT support.
You may have to send in your IDE Flash but i`m almost sure you will get you replacement key. I have read it somewhere in the past on MT website/forum
