I have a NetPower7r Lite (CSS610-1Gi-7R-2S+OUT) that I put into service today... and fought for hours trying to get SFP2 to come up with a link. I think I retipped the cable about a dozen times thinking I messed it up, and could never get a link light. What I don't understand, is that it shows plenty of received signal, but won't link, even if I force it at 1G, will never link.

Optics are 1310 bidi on the switch side, and 1550 bidi on the router side. Cable distance is about 400m

Any suggestions?
