The RB5009UPr+S+IN meets that description, though I assume what you really want is a PoE version of the CRS310-8G+2S+IN. Yeah, me, too; been asking for it for nearly three years now, and I'm not alone.

A CRS318-16P+2S-IN or a CRS310-8P+2S-IN would be awesome - as long as they have more than 16MB flash.

Not the RB5009UPr+S+IN ... THATS A BIG F--KING NO! The ports are shutting down trying to drive Cambium XV2-21X that should top out at 13 watts. Yet the router can't do it. So I had to stack a CSS610-8P on it to make the WAPs keep working.
