what max distance I can reach and of course speed?

you can search for other peoples link distances. with such equipment you could reach very big distance, but it depends on height of the antennas, line of sight, etc. I would suggest you to study the complex but super useful program called RadioMobile which is meant for this type of calculations. http://www.cplus.org/rmw/english1.html
