Im having trouble trying to authenticate wifi users using radius server of zentyal, at first i thought i had misconfigured zentyal but i tried it with unifi and worked flawlessly.

Is mikrotik picky when it comes to radius servers?

Did you check on mikrotik radius debug log?
You will ses why mikoritk login is failed.
