I have a Mikrotik (Cloud Core CCR1036) router. WAN is configured on ether2 and LAN is configured on ether5. On ether5 I have a switch connected. With this switch all of my Unifi APs (3 U6 Lite) are connected. I have installed Unifi Controller, Network and SSID defined. Now I want to use Mikrotik router's RADIUS, User Manager, dot1x (whatever required) to authenticate my Unifi AP wireless/wifi clients WP2 Enterprise. LAN IP on MK ether2 is 192.168.20.1 with DHCP Server configured. MK router successfully assigns IPs to Unifi AP. Radius server can be configured easily in Unifi Controller.

Please help.

Mikrotik for your task is only for DHCP address allocation and configuring firewall rules. Configuring Ubiquiti equipment is not for this forum. You can, for example, make several WiFi networks via VLAN with the help of Unifi Controller.
