if you format your HD with windows, you will lose your license

sounds simple enogh.
1. Your NIC is trying to boot. Change your boot priority to whatever drive you have your system on.
2. install windows? WTF! Got me on that one, but simply put, do a net install or connect a USB CD DRIVE and install from ISO, don't need windows!

System is trying to LAN boot, just change boot order from bios and it should work.
To make sure it is a NIC (LAN Interface/Network Card) problem, just remove the card and check what is going on !
