I have disabled the Ethernet 1 port by mistake through Winbox. Now I cannot connect to routerboard thru ethernet port. I had not configured WLan yet, thus I cannot even connect to Wlan1 thru winbox and enable the Ethernet1.

I guess the only way I can connect to RB is using Console Cable.

Do let me know if there are any other ways to connect to RB.

I have never used Console cable earlier, so do give me a assistance on how to connect to console cable.

Regards,
dxnation

yes, you can remote PC using serial cable,
but maybe you have to set several settings on PC BIOS before you can use it.

I was not successful with the console cable however, I had 2 ethernet interface in the RB so I connected to the second Ethernet port and logged in.
