Currently, We are trying to sell the product as part of OEM and adding our company logo is of the requirement in the tendering process. Sadly, from what I know from Mikrotik, they will only supply pdf documents and HTML (I have to save one page by one page myself).

I have tried copying the document and pasting them on word. They look horrible with words missing and format lost.

At the moment, I am going page by page reading and modifying the format and making sure the spelling or stuff missing in the process.

The newer versions of the Acrobat reader will now let you select and copy text from PDF files. It will still require some work, but this should make what you're trying to do much easier.

Trust me on this - it won't. :(

I've been trying to convert a RouterOS PDF to Word, and the formatting becomes complete and utter crap.

Not all of it ofcourse. Most of it is decently formatted, but you would have to spend hours on hours to "fix" the remaining formatting to make it usable - especially in a tender.

My best tip is to convert what you need for your tender and leave the rest. If your customer asks for more you can always fix that later. ;)

I didn't manage to receive anything. But there is still the same issue of cutting and pasting the entire thing - unless some friendly resource at Mikrotik can provide the entire document in XML.
