Hi everyone , this is my first post which I would really appreciate any help.

Scenario Pentium 4 , with Level 4 OS, and a RB44G
2 ethernets connected fine , one to LAN , one to ISP1
Now i am adding a second ISP on the ether 4, that is connected to a canopy wich brings 2 megas of aditional Internet.
the canopy is a backhaul 20 megs bridge on the other end of the canopy there is a RB600
If I ping from the Router with the RB44G to the local canopy the ping reply is 60 ms.
If i unplug that canopy and connected to my laptop the ping time from my laptop is 1 ms as it should be.
any ideas where should i Look?
