Low Bandwidth on 3.6

Hello i am testing my routers with a mikrotik with version 3.6 and 2.9.51 the mikrotik with
3.6 are make 496Мbps
2.9.51 make 977Mbps
I am testing it with "Bandwidth test" , i need the multi-cpu but i need also and a Bandwidth what can i do the 2.9.51 dont have multi-cpu support and i am confused..

With 2.9.51 works very well , but my cpu usage is 100% , is there a way to make multi-cpu in 2.9.51 ?

most of our tests shown better throughput in v3 than 2.9 even with multi-cpu off. No way to have multi-cpu in the 2.9 version..

Strange but all my routers work like that.. there are 15 supermicro machines U1 and U2 like i said, i am confused :)
il test it with lower version of ROS like 3.2 , 3.4 .. and if the Bandwidth is better il write it here tnks for the answare gmsmstr and i am sorry for the so bad english :)

iv got it , in 3.6 you have to set in queue types ethernet default to be with bigger number of the Queue Size=50 iv make it 500 and it's ok now
