I’m looking for the answer to my question, I have RB333 can I increase the storage, if YES then what the right way to go about add addition storage, If there is no way to increase it then how can I activate the cache on it, please advice asap

I heard that some people using external squid server, but I have no idea how is that work, please I need some examples.

It is not possible to increase storage of RB333.
In case you need storage for the proxy, RB600 or RB1000 can be used with Compact Flash modules, either it's possible to setup remote RouterBOARD or x86 box with MikroTik proxy and forward all proxy requests to that server.

Configuration steps to accomplish your scenario,
- enable proxy;
- set ip proxy set parent-proxy=address_of_the_proxy.

Let's not forget the RB433AH which also has a microSD port for additional storage and it is the same form factor and costs less than the RB333.
