is there a way to permit certain IP udp broadcasts from all hosts of one network to reach another network? this exists in cisco I was wondering if it is supported by any means with mikrotik any version.

it is handy in servers specially game servers for discovery when the server is outside the clients lan.

Just guessing here, bridge the interfaces with a suitable filter to limit the types of traffic.

but be careful: games often send broadcasts only to client's segment. for example, not to 255.255.255.255, but to 192.168.1.255, so users from 192.168.2.0/24 will not receive this request. Dst-NAT?..
