i want to use vlan for internet Client......

it is possible that if i m create one VLan and add one ip pool in it and NATING this pool then i can access internet at client side or not.
i want to make separate VLan For Separate Client like if my client A then i create one Vlan and all traffic of Client A is route for this lan ........................so please send me reply i can do it or not............................
