Hi to all, is possible to pair my CPEs Proxim model 5012-SUR-WD with RouterOS and RouteBoard 433AH???

This CPE work in WORP protocol.

Definately not possible. The 5012-SUR-WD is basically a Proxim AP-700 with WORP (Proxim equivalent of Nstream) added into the firmware. While these do use Atheros chips, WORP is proprietary so you would need an 5054-BSU model to connect it to.

My previous job was as a SE for Proxim.
