Required Quality for PPPoE

I want to build a routed wireless backbone with some accesspoints for the custommers. Within this backbone there´ll be one pppoe access concentrator. All accesspoints have an EoIP-Tunnel to the pppoe access concentrator, therefore, the custommers should connect the pppoe access concentrator.
Are there any experiences about the required linkquality between the accesspoints and the pppoe accessconcentrator?
The worst case in my network is an EoIP-Tunnel over 3 Hops (4 WLAN-Links @ 5GHz, each about 5km). Could this be a problem for the users PPPoE Connection?
