Greetings!
This is a wireless connection, I presume.
Check antenna alignment.
Use higher gain antennas.
...and only if that doesn't work, use more powerful radios.
You will get this message when clients shut down their computers without logging off too, but it is a one-time log entry. If you see a mac address auth-deauth cycling every minute or so, then it is normally low signal strength or interference.
Take a look at
/interface wireless registration-table
on both ends of the connection, and see what the signal strength is like on those radios. That may help with troubleshooting.

Whew!! That is some power!! 350mw into a 32db antenna at 1/3 mile? Is this line-of-sight?
I use an R52 a-mode 13dbm xmit with a 19dbi antenna, and get a signal strength of -62 at 1 mile.
Try turning the power down a little. I know that sounds "backwards", but just to humor me please...
ADD: Just a thought. Those 32dbi antennas need to be mounted really solid at that range. The beamwidth is only a couple degrees, and a gentle breeze at 1/3 mile could misalign them temporarily.
