Urgent, how to block a hostname using a script ..

Hello Guys,
I'm looking for the right way about how to block a hostname using a script, I found 2 different ways to do that but It's not working that way, unfortunately
..

PS: I tried the 2 ways on ROS 2.9.27 and 3.11.
