Hello , dear mates...

is there anyway to Export the QUEUE list into an EXCEL/WORD sheet ?

The Exported File will be in ".rsc" format.
you can always open the file with Word

the command is:

/queue simple> export file=name

then open up in excel, and then use excels tools to divide it into columns
