statically bind IP's to MAC addresses

Hello,
Can anybody help me about configuring PPPoE with statically bind IP's to MAC addresses? The FAQ said its possible but how to do that?? Pls....

Do your user's authenticate with the PPPoE server using their mac-address as their username? You can assign a static IP address based on username of the PPPoE client. Are you using a radius server or user manager or just /ppp secret?
