I purchased some x86 licenses through a distributor and now would like to upgrade them to superchannel but the distributor doesn't offer this. How can I import these keys into the Mikrotik website so I can upgrade to superchannel?

I recently purchased a key online through the website (after figuring out the distributor wouldn't upgrade keys) and I am unable to upgrade it to superchannel. I go to work with keys, select it and click upgrade and I get "This key already have full features!". What am I missing?

Send an email to Mikrotik support to add this option to you, they'll add it upon your request and under your resposibility due to countries regulatory.
