Also Simple Queues does not work for me too in 3.14, I did downgrade to 3.10 in order set queues.

Xen is used for virtualization so that you can run ex. more RouterOS intanses on the same machine on virtual hardware.
Like VMware does it (if you better know them)... but since you don't what Xen is just uninstall it, you have no need for it.

Under /system packages I selected "Uninstall" and then rebooted the PC, but it is still installed? Do I have to do a shutdown? Can I just "Disable" it and reboot? I only have remote access at the moment.
