I have a RB433-AH that seems to come to a crawl when I load Winbox after clearing the plugins cache. Normally, on my other systems, Winbox reloads plugins so fast that I can't even tell how fast it was. On this particular system, it seems to load them at about a 100kb to 125kb rate. Has anyone experienced this before?

Ether1 ---> PPPoE to a DSL Modem
Ether2 ---> Local Lan (NET Masqueraded)
Ether3 ---> Not normally used, but if I hook a laptop to it running Winbox and do a reload of the plugins (cache clear), it loads as my other systems.

I've looked at my export dump, nothings seems to stand out.
