Installation in a IBM x3200 ME Server fails

I'm trying to install RouterOS 3.14 (also tryed with some previous versions) in a new IBM server model X3200ME.

Intel Xeon Dual Core E3110 (3.0GHz/1333MHz FSB, 6MB DC)
Chipset Intel 3210
1GB of RAM Unbuffered PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR II ECC (non-Chipkill)
250 GB SATA Disk (disk directly attached to serverboard SATA port, not using a SAS/SATA RAID card)
Video controller ATI Radeon ES1000 32MB SDRAM
Broadcom 5722 Gigabit Ethernet

Using Netinstall, disk is recognized formatted and software installed. After installation finishes, the server is rebooted and after that when it boots. Fails with this message:

Loading system with initrd
Uncompressing Linux...
crc error
-- System halted

Does someone has any clue on this?

It has to be related with a change in later ROS version. ROS 3.1 installs without problems. but I'm afraid of buying a level 6 license for this router and then be freezed to ROS 3.1

I found the same problem on all IBM servers (including HS21 blade) since version 3.4.
What you have to do to boot is to add a second boot device (a second sata drive will be ok). Don't ask me why, it's odd i know. I opened a ticket with support in april, but we haven't made much progress.

bye

Bugtoo:
I' still going arround with this problem. I don't know if i'm understanding what you made to get you ibm server work.
I've placed a second SATA hard drive and also a SATA DVD both of them appear as boot options. But doing these nothing changes, server fails to boot. Have you done any other tweak? any BIOS change?
