Saving open dialog boxes in RouterOS

Heya guys,

Just have one small question here:
See, I have these windows, like ping, torch, interface, and such already open in router os, right? Set up just the way I like it.

Problem is, whenever I rebooted the router, these window would disappear. I would need to reopen each one and put them in the position I like. Is there a way to save these open windows' information? Location, size, what windows are open, and such? This is not really a problem, but it gets annoying after a while. ^^

Thanks much.

Letni,

Thanks for replying, but I don't see any posts by parrini in the thread you gave me.

Could you maybe check the link again? ^^

Thanks again.

Hmm... That's not quite it. I know about the "Load previous session" thing, and I have no problem when the router is on.

The problem is, when the router is rebooted/turned off, the "load previous session" checkbox doesn't work. Whether it's checked or not, it still loads an empty winbox after a reboot. :(

Are there any way to save these settings to, say, a text file or something? So I can just load the config file the next time I start winbox after a reboot...

Oh well...
Any other ideas?

A big Ditto on this issue !! Also, making it easier to select the "show columns" items so I don't have to keep dropping the pull down each time. How about setting it so I can do multiple selections with one pull down of the menu. As well, auto-sizing of the columns

Just my 2 cents
