One of the way to use static ARP,
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/How_to_se ... _using_ARP
The best way to protect your local network customers by setting up PPPoE server,

static ARP should be good enough for you. try to set your interface ARP to "reply-only", that way, no more dynamic ARP, only allowed mac could ping your gateway, but you need to define each mac-address of your client to specific ip address (ip/arp).

i tried arp but it d't work , i make ether1 to reply only and i put one mac and ip in arp and i change the ip of that mac but still i can communicate with router and with my gate way
i connect my laptop via wlan . Please provide me solution to block such mac....

the reply-only should be set on the interface that are facing your customer (wlan) not ether

thanx shielder for your replay and for your time give to me
i tried your solution but still i can communicate with the router
i follow these steps
1 i creat arp table where i put the mac and ip
than i make wlan1 to reply only
but after this arp table give me a message a message " invalid"
even i tried the steps given on wiki.mikrotik.com.

but it does't solve my problem
please tell the right steps as i am facing problems in my network

regards
