upgrade from beta to final (when released) question

Hi,

I need to use some features of 2.9 release quite urgently.

My question is that if I buy a key now with no upgrade time then would I be able to upgrade to final release when it's available?

there are no keys with no upgrade time. if you pay for a key, you can upgrade the software for one year

And what if my one-year periof become to end before the official version will be released? Have I stay on beta-version?
