hi friends..

i have a problem with messenger , i have a rule to drop messenger
/ip firewall filter chain=forward layer7-protocol=messenger action=drop

and it works fine..

but when i want accept for only one ip it doesnt work its still drop messenger

versions of MK i tested 3.13 and 3.16

the rules :

0: chain=forward Src.address=192.168.x.x layer7-protocol=messenger action=Accept
1: chain=forward layer7-protocol=messenger Action=drop

if i wrong help me please...

you'll need to turn off passthrough on the first rule otherwise it will still be affected by the next one in the list.

action=accept cannot passthrough packets =)

jamchan_hn, maybe try to accept packets not only from 192.168.x.x, but also to 192.168.x.x? add second rule with dst-address=192.168.x.x and action=accept
