Is it not working already? What happens if you try to install RouterOS on it?

I used the version Intel/AMD PC 3.16; I created an ISO, I gave boot with the COMPACT DISC and started the installation and mikrotik cannot locate the HD and not the CDROM.
All connected in ide mode.
FATAL ERROR: no harddrives found

This board works fine on version 3.13, but I had to install the routeros on another machine first.
can't get 3.22 to work.

I have seen issues with some SATA CD/DVD drives...
The install chokes when it changes in to the istall mode and tries to exec the installation files..
Boot is ok, but cant run inst code...
A HP ML310 will run RouterOS, but I had to boot from USB, (Netinstalled on another PC / Windows)
I turned off the SATA RAID. It will run from a HD, but the drive must be moved from another system...
USF floppy to netinstall = fail on loading drivers (I think fro the drive, but could be for the NIC)..
Once the system was installed on a drive (elsewhare) or the system was running from USB (using netinstall and installation completed on the ML310) then the system runs like a champ... It sees the SATA drives and all...
So in short.. try USB (using netinstall on windows to prep the usb thumb drive) or install ROuterOS on another machine then move the drive to the target machine..
Remember, that the NICs will all be "unknown".. so the best is to install it, move it to the target and do a /system reset and then configure it from freah on the new system...
