ipsentinel is standalone application and it is not possible to use 3rd party software on RouterOS.

mikrotik is a debian derivarte, so can we make package for mikrotik or doing this with some script?

no, it's not possible to create your own packages for RouterOS.

can you just accomplish your goal by turning your interface to arp reply-only or disabled ? then enter static arps for the ones you authorize.

alredy do this but now i need some lan arp and op guard, its huge switched network without managed switch...but no problem ill finist this with IP-sentinel.
