I think you should be better off understanding the basics of wireless communications at first. search in the forum. but basicly you will need

Base station antennas (sectoral)
Base station radios ( more than 20 depending on your load 500 clients)
CPE devices (either MT or third brand. MT CPE devices gives you more flexibility but third brand is cheaper)
Towers, boards, computers, backhauling and etc..

I would say you start with a good business plan - detailed with area coverage and target customers etc. There is plenty of good reading on

For Base Stations we kinda figured it out, its gonna be a routerboard + 3R52H + 2 120C sectoral antennas to use, tell me some customers gear [solutions [cheap and optimal ones]

UBQT Bullet 2 100kW looks like a nice sollution?

I would recommend both base stations and CPEs with integrated antennas. It will save you a lot of work and hassle compared to running bulky RF-cables everywhere. It also eliminates the classic moist in the connectors - and allows you to go 100 meters up a tower without any RF-loss.

ya ths a big prob...actually lot of gear are presents in market today. some time we are very very confused wht to use wht not to use....but i believe..that...we shd find better among the cheapest...i mean we can make a list of the cheapest brand and then decide for the best among them..i think more views are required on this post..specially by experience people.

Yeah, not that easy these days - a lot to choose from. My perspective is from WISP-side, and I would spend a moment and analyze what I really must have and what is more like nice to have - put the cost of different solutions into the spreadsheet with the business plan (OPEX/CAPEX) - and you should be able to calculate what would give a fair ROI.

Seriously, it really depends on the individual needs and preferences - and what your business target is. To point at any vendors - and say this is good or bad - is not fair or popular (not trying to be popular - but at least fair).
