if you want to install RouterOS software on the Ubiquity device - No, it's not possible.
If you want to connect the routerstation to the MikroTik device - yes, it's possible.

Very bad news. RouterStation has good price with specs similar as RB433AH.

mikrotik rb comes with good router/firewall/bridge software which is not free. If you consider the cost of software mikrotik is not that expensive.
Do I think ubiquity designs good hardware-yes, but they are not in the same class as mikrotik - at list not yet.

433ah comes with l5 license for $150.
ub rs =69, l5 license = 95. I can't do math, but that's more than $150.
