OSPFv3 Issue

Hello. Few days ago I've set up small OSPFv3 network. It works well until yesterday. In general from time to time the routers have full adjacency but after few hours (sometimes few minutes) it going down. I have to say that I have to use EoIP's tunnels betwen routers but I think that it shouldn't affect OSPF. I'm sure that configurations of OSPF are proper.
