Nat Rules

Hi

I am remotely connecting to IP cameras on a LAN. I have one static Public IP that i want to use ports on. I use the Mikrotik IP 196.212.218.46:1000 to port 1010. I setup a dstnat and destination ip(IP of Mikrotik) selected IPv6 and the port nr. My action is then to netmap to the private IP of camera. I can connect to the IP 196.212.218.46:1000 and it works fine but all the others dont, even if i change port numbers. I can ping them but can connect to them :? . Any suggestions. I do not no if i must set up the forwarding rule for two way communication to and from device. Please advise. Thanks
