Right now we have a link thats giving us 22mb/s using some dlink ap2000's. What can we do to get a faster link? Would a couple of rb433's with 2 cards each really give us 70mb/s each way? What kind of antenna's? how far apart do the antennas need to be?

thanks

I am setting up a similar link and having problems getting above 35mbits/s. Would be interesting to see your results.

From what I understand you will need 2xRB433's with 4xr52 cards using dual nstreme to get full duplex. What i would recommend as a test is setup the RB433's with 2xr52 cards setup an eoip tunnel with nstreme to see if you can get the desired throughput and save complications to start. To test the link pull traffic through the RB433's from a server to a laptop or computer. To check throughput down load netpersec and run this on the computer or laptop to see through put.

Lastley make sure the power isn't too high or units too close. Signal should be around -60 to -65 with above 80% ccq. I have tried with dipoles and 17dbi antennas, am trying a greater distance with the antennas tomorrow. Hope this helps.
