Router Bonding

Tue Jan 13, 2009 10:27 am

Hi. Is it possible to bond two DSL lines each with their own Cisco Routers?
The scenario that i have is the following: Two ADSL lines each with a 1600 Cisco router. The routers each have 5 static puplic IPs. I want to use the mikrotik as a PPPoE server(which i have already setup) and I want to bond the Cisco routers so that there is more bandwidth as well as failover.
I have seen bonding on the Mikrotik under Interfaces but I am not really sure how to configure it

This is something that has to happen on both ends. Your best bet is to see if your ISP will let you bond using MLPPP or the likes...
