Saperate Cache Server

I need a separate Server for Cache (Web Proxy). I want my RouterOS to be connected to that Cache Server (Web Proxy). Which one could I use?

What operating systems are you familiar with????
For linux there is Squid and a few others.
For windows - you'll have to look that up on the web.....
