Hello
I'm having the same problem with a RB 43AH, and I asked it in this topic
http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=29759
And as you see, there is no reply!

What version BIOS are you running?

You may need to update the BIOS before it will accept 3.20

It was my suspicion that it was the ROS version as im pretty sure i did not have this issue before.

I have however upgraded about 20 boards and this is the first to have such issues.

What could possibly have changed so greately that a bios update is needed!!!!?

Yes I updated the bios, and I have the same problem!
Yesterday I changed this routerboard with a Server x86, with ROS V 3,20, and sudenly stop working, so to prevent bad moment I downgrade to version 3.11, and is working without problem
Thank

Ok so it's confirmed to be another "feature" of ROS, at least ive been lucky so far and only affected one of my boards.
