I want to know how is minimum signal strength to be in order not to have problems how it does count with noise is it better to be -60 % or -90 %(signal) and the noise how it must be?

You should have a SNR of at least 10dB for minimum functionality, better more, like 20 or so. If the SNR is larger then 30dB I strongly recommend to reduce Tx power.

Noise should be as low as possible, on 5G you will have usually -100 in quiet environments, -95 in slightly noisy environments.

Overall signal level should be better than -60 and not above -40 or -35dBm, otherwise the receiver might be saturated.
