I'm using RB1000 board for PPPoE client. I found an option wireless there in winbox menu under the interface. Is there any way to use wireless with RB1000? As per i know there is no mini pci slot to where i can attach wireless card to RB1000.

no, there is no possibility to use wireless in rb1000. the option is probably showing because you have installed the wireless package, you can disable or uninstall it in the "packages" menu.
