I need simple program witch will lock PC desktop if PC its not authorised on hotspot. Simple login buton open web browser. HotSpot show login page... User log on and use PC and internet. If connection to internet its not avaible anymore, this program again lock desktop.

there's no way to use a mikrotik router to lock the desktop of a computer that connects to a hotspot, the request seems very unique and would only be handled by some custom software.

Perhaps you want to look at installing 'kiosk pc' software on the computers instead?

You can accomplish that by running some software on the PC, which check for Internet connection periodically (let's say, every 20 seconds). This could be done by simply making PING to a very stable site, which is always online (let's say, Google).

I cannot suggest any particular software, maybe someone, who is familiar with C# could help here with a short program.
