Load Balance Script, HELP!!!

Hy Guys!


I got this problem here , and i think for you guys will be easy to help me.

I am new on MK , just come out of one corse, and i got this problem.

Here in South Africa we have local Bandwithd " Range the ip in side South Africa " , and International Bandwitdh " Everything out side South Africa "

I got 2 links here in our offices , one with ""Local internet"" and the other with ""international internet"" , so what i want to do is balance this , i have one list off all the ranges of IP add in South Africa, so i can create a route in side ip routes , that everything that is " Local internet " go to the local link , and the rest go to the internationl link.

I want create a script that will add all this routes for me because they are so many , can please some one help me with , i got here one .txt file with all those routes , can some one help me with?

did you tried Microsoft Office Excel? =)

if you cannot, just attach a file with subnets, and describe what you want to achieve - we will try to help you =)
