Hotspot Timing

When my clients are using my Hotspot setup from MT, when their time is about to run out and they request for extra time, the time that is added does not continue but it cuts off and they have to log back in for the new time or extra time to continue. Is there a way where the time will continue without interruption. Also when I loose power to my MT box, the current users logged into hotspot at the time of power outage, used time will not reflect when power is restored. all their used time is ereased and it reverts back to initial time.
