how do i solve a console crashed error on a 133c router board.

any time i try to enter this rb by winbox i get the router has been disconnected and when i use telnet on the command prompt too i get the console crashed , system is busy or halted try re-entering error .

what is the best way to solve this error

Try to install newer version with netinstall. Also remember that Rb133c is very slow, so install only minimal set of packages.

Install 2.9.51 with minimal packages. Don't use 3.x unless you HAVE TO
