Simple Queues???

Hi Guys , i have to ask you all.

I need to setup one simple queue that will give to some computers into my network just 1m for the lan.


eg: 192.168.5.222 need to have 1mb access to the network 192.168.5.0/24


Does computer will have no axxess to the internet.


How can i do it?

If the computer is already on the 192.168.5.0/24 range then it won't be sending traffic via the router, sure you can block it from getting internet access from the router but any traffic from 192.168.5.222 to 192.168.5.0/24 will pass just via a local switch and doesn't need to be routed.

Otherwise if you're referring to assigning 1M to a particular subnet or ip range using simple queues, you'll want to read: http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/3.0/qos/queue.php
