i have mikrotik 2.9.27
working in hootspot
when i creat user i see this
tx/rx
i want some one download with 8 kb/s
and upload 2 kb/s
tell me please
how i do that
is 8K/2K ?
is 8*8K/2*8K = 64K/16K?
OR
2K/8K ?
2*8K / 8*8K = 16K/64K
OR ALL NOT TRUE
WHAT IS TRUE
