spam and viruses should be stopped on the mailserver, not router.

Mikrotik has shown no interest in adding an Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus filter. As an ISP you will need a dedicated solution to this and I recomend you purchase a machine dedicated to this. Examples

Otherwise if you are dedicated and willing to spend some time and resource you can start here for an alternative solution using Mikrotik. Strictly firewall based.
